Water therapy in 30 min or less. Able to sleep in bed last night I really like that when that happens.
Able to take Rosie to dog park...very short visit..in and out.
Then drove to gas station. Not able to walk from pump to cashier to pulled up in front of store and walked in to give cashier money then drove to pump.
Learned if I lean on the island instead of the back of the car that I do not get that smell of gas that has been bothering me all this time.
Drove out on the dirt road that heads to what I call the healing ranch. Not doing well enough to drive the 2 miles out to it.
So, let Rosie out of the car and let her run as I drove a small ways on the dirt road.
Good to just be there. It has been a while since I have been out that way. Looking forward to when I am doing well enough to be on my feet out there.
12:45 pm As usual, after I am able to do a few things in the morning...I took my meds and supplements with a hardboiled egg and promptly fell asleep in the recliner.
Not sure when I went to sleep. Got home from water therapy around 8:30 est. So perhaps i fell asleep around 9 am and woke up around noonish.
