Didn't get off of the couch last night. Woke at 4:30 am. Fell asleep watching a movie about a lady and her daughter who live in Africa.
She knew she was sick. She walked at least 2 hours to get medical help. Stood in line all day only to be told that the people from her point on would not see the doctor that day as there were too many.
She went twice before I fell asleep. I fell asleep after they found her laying on the floor. She was not dead. Next scene she was in bed and people were saying why didn't you go to the doctor.
Hoping to watch the rest of it today. She was able to work in the garden but was up at night coughing.
I am hoping the head pressure stuff is gone. I was thankful I was able to sleep last night. I had taken two more excedrin before bedtime. So I had 6 excedrin yesterday. Hoping I don't have any today. Wasn't able to take my meds and supplements at noon yesterday.
I take meds and supplements at breakfast and then again at lunch. I learned that works well for me. It seems by dinner time I just can't do more.
It is hot out and the sun is not up yet. It is not cooling off at night much but enough to leave the windows open and the air off thankfully.
Need to do laundry today if at all possible. Need to get groceries today if at all possible. Need to find somethings I do not need to prepare as that part of the brain and body are not working right now.
Still thinking of the couple with lyme who committed murder/suicide. I am going to try and not read those articles. They stick with me.
OK read an article about a teen who instead of throwing in the towel is putting the towel over her eyes due to light sensitivity.
Able to go for a 10 min walk in the forest. SAw a baby cottontail and squirrel on the way.
Able to get about $50 worth of food at grocery store using electric cart.
Able to stop by dog park and let Rosie visit with dogs. Short visit with one of the dog park people.
Brain is starting to blow up a bit like a balloon again. Hoping if I get off of computer it will help.
